QuestionSo just got this unit. Easy set up with Bluetooth. Issue I have is I simply can not get subwoofer to make any sound at all. Yes it is connected to sound bar and yes it has power and yes you get a clear test signal. I simply can not get any sound! Help!!

- Answer Hello, If you want to transmit Dolby Atmos from your TV to your AV receiver or soundbar, your TV must be equipped with at least HDMI ARC. As we mentioned above, HDMI ARC works with Dolby Atmos/Dolby Digital Plus, but if your TV is equipped with the newer HDMI eARC standard, it will also work with Dolby Atmos/Dolby TrueHD.^Vanessa

- Answer Make sure you turn up the decible level on the subwoofer otherwise it sounds like its off. You can do this by downloading the lg soundbar phone app which allows you to adjust the volume and decibel levels on both the subwoofer and soundbar.

- Answer LG Eclair QP5 boost 320W. It features TV Remote Compatibility. The LG Sound Bar app is not required to adjust settings. You can adjust the settings using your TV's remote control. ^Daphane

- Answer Tap the Settings button on your smartphone and select Bluetooth. Turn on the Bluetooth function. Press the Bluetooth pair button. After a moment, the second LED blink in blue among the three LEDs. Find and tap the product on your smartphone. The product appears as “LG QP5W / QP5 (XX)”. When the product is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, the first and second LED light up in blue. In support of the OP: if there are multiple audio sources connected as inputs to this sound bar (e.g. optical and HDMI ARC, Bluetooth, ALL connected at the same time) CAN THIS SOUNDBAR SWITCH BETWEEN SUCH INPUTS? if yes, then how? Describe the experiences of how a person 'switches between inputs".
