If the light on the back isn't on when plugged in you've probably got bigger issues than you can fix. Otherwise try disconnecting and connecting the power, or move it to a different spot where there might be less interference between the sub and soundbar.

If you are having trouble getting your LG S80QY subwoofer to work, here are some steps: Reconnect the Subwoofer to the Soundbar: Turn off the soundbar. On the back of the subwoofer, press and hold the button until the light starts blinking green. Turn on the soundbar, and wait for the green light on the subwoofer to become solid green, indicating a successful reconnection Manually Pair the Subwoofer: Turn down the volume on the soundbar. Press and hold the 'Mute' button on your remote until the LED indicator light on the soundbar starts flashing quickly. Ensure there are no obstructions between the soundbar and subwoofer. Turn off devices that may interfere with the connection. Check if both devices are paired by looking at the LED indicator light on the subwoofer (solid green indicates a successful pairing) Troubleshooting Tips: Ensure that your subwoofer and soundbar are close to each other for better connectivity. Check for any wireless interference from other devices operating on similar frequencies. Unplug both the soundbar and subwoofer for at least five minutes, then plug them back in to see if this resolves the issue You can download its owner's manual through this link for more information: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-S80QY.DUSALLK. ^Cris
