A:AnswerI don't know about other options but even though the subwoofer looks small and compact it delivers good low-end sound. My wife constantly is telling me to turn it down because all she can hear in the other room is Thump Thump Thump
A:AnswerI've only had this soundbar a week myself, but if you use the remote and press the equalizer button the first or second item displayed will show "WF". That is the subwoofer, use the + button to increase the level of it.

A:AnswerThis is true. I have a few HDMI cables that don't have "Ethernet" written on them and the ARC was not recognized. They must have just been very old cables. Picking up a new HDMI cable will do the trick if you don't have one that says "Ethernet" on it.

A:AnswerMake sure you unplug the tv from the power source, then push the power button on the back of the right side of the tv for 15 seconds.
This resets the system. After doing this my arc on my Lg sound bar worked.
