QuestionThe subwoofer will light up green, but nothing seems to work to get any light on the soundbar itself. How can I get the power on the soundbar? The remote also does not seem to work even with new batteries. I have HDMI hoooked up correctly.

- Answer Dont use the arc method, instead go to your tv settings and add a Bluetooth device (soundbar) and switch your Sb to Bluetooth mode.

- Answer With my hearing impairment, this is always a problem. I have noticed on this soundbar that the center channel boosts the voice and the background music is not similarly boosted. Pleasant surprise.

QuestionWhat wireless rear channels will work with this? I see nothing in the manual that says WHAT model will work. I tried the SPK8 but that did not work and I had to return it. I am seeing conflicting information on if the SPQ8 will work.
