- Answer My apologies for the delay, I was trying to find the answer to your question but as it turns out, the estimated time depends on the cycle: NORMAL LOAD 57 Minutes, Cotton/Towels 58 Minutes, Sanitary 1:45 Minutes , Speed Wash 15 Minutes, Handwash/Wool 34 Minutes, Delicate 42 Minutes, Permanent Press 34 Minutes, Bulky/Large 105 Minutes, Comforter 57 Minutes, Steamfresh 20 Minutes, Rinse+Spin 20 Minutes SMALL LOAD 50 Minutes, Cotton/Towels 58 Minutes, Cotton/Normal 58 Minutes, Cold Care 63 Minutes, Baby Wear 120 Minutes, BrightWhite 75 Minutes, Sanitary 105 Minutes, Heavy Duty 100 Minutes, and Allergiene 113 Minutes Those are the front loaders cycles with each respective time. - Answer Yes, you can use both, however you need to use a HE detergent because it is low sudsing. Yes, you can pause the washer and actually open it to add clothes. I was surprised at this...

QuestionWhen units are stacked on a pedestal, approx. how many inches from flr. to controls on top unit?I'm 5'3" and live alone. I want to know if the controls on the top unit will be difficult to set/read if used with a pedestal? I need the pedestal to eliminate bending to load bottom unit.

- Answer As it turns out, we cannot recommend to stack two units on one pedestal. Each laundry unit should have its own pedestal. - Answer I don't think this is a good idea. Water is heavier than hot air. You would want the washer on bottom.

- Answer I didn't buy one but you must make sure the washer is balanced 100% or you will feel the vibration of the spin cycle. I love this washer.

- Answer You can drain from the bottom left corner of your washer. There is a hose with a plug at the tip. Be prepared for a lot of water. We use pie plates and measuring cups since it is so low to the ground.

- Answer Yes, this refers to the "child lock" (hold the "pre-wash" button for 3 sec) and the "signal on/off" (hold the "water plus" button for 3 sec) functions. I am attaching an image from the manual for you.

- Answer For my stuff, I'd estimate a week's worth of clothes, including daily wear and workout clothes — a large laundry basket full. For teen girls who do laundry maybe every two weeks — seems to take about 2-3 loads.

QuestionCan I change the water temperature on all the differnt spin cycles?I use cold water on all my laundry so I just want to make sure I can use cold water on all the different spin cycles.

- Answer Yes, you can use cold water on all the cycles. If you do sometimes it makes the wash take longer. There is a specific "cold wash" setting as well
