“One reviewer noted that the racks do not easily slide in and out, especially when loaded. I find that difficult to understand as that seems a basic function for an oven. Can someone please confirm this one way or the other? Thanks!”

Beware, our new LG stainless steel double oven racks are very difficult to slide in and out. Frustrating!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When delivery guys first installed oven the racks were not sliding well. Then i realized they were upside down, flipped them over. Only had one instance when rack didn't slide well and was my fault for pulling it out crooked.

Please try again later.We would need more detail to determine why the oven racks for the LG 30" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless steel, Model # LWD3063ST do not easily slide in and out, but you may find that the oven racks may become difficult to slide in and out, especially after a self-clean cycle. You can use a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel and rub it on the racks. Do not use other cooking oils as those mau cause some discoloring. The oven racks should not be left in the oven when using the Self Clean cycle...^IFV
