The LG 30" Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless Steel, Model # LWS3063ST does have a Proof Feature that maintains a warm environment for rising yeast leavened products before baking, and it also has a WARM function that maintains an oven temperature of less than 200°F and keeps cooked food warm for serving up to 3 hours after cooking has finished. After 3 hours the WARM function shuts the oven OFF automatically. The Warm feature can be used alone or after the Timed Cook or Delayed Timed Cook modes.
