I had this issue. Once you establish your WiFi connection Go to Settings / Network / WiFi Connection / Advanced WiFi Settings / IPv6 On - Off. Turn this On and your TV will save your Internet Network Settings forevermore!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, my brand new 32" LG has had this issue. It's well published on the web with people looking for answers. It was such a hassle having to do a factory reset every time I turned on the tv, resulting in having to walk thru the setup, connect to Wi-Fi and re-establish my connection to Amazon. Bottom line: Go in to General settings and turn off the Quick Start feature. It worked for me. Good luck!
