A:AnswerYes. They made it real easy to remove the stand as well. Be sure the mount can handle the size. Some, like Varidesk, have a 27" upper limit if you're doing duals.
A:Answer4K Led. Not OLED. Beautiful and bright. Too bright until I learned how to use the joystick at the bottom of the monitor to do some adjustments on brightness and contrast. Great for photo editing with the 4K detail. I use mainly with my Mac Mini desktop. Comes with an HDMI cable also.
A:AnswerI have purchased four of these monitors for use in my office. Just confirmed with my staff who unboxed and set them up that none of them had anything resembling a screen protector across the screen itself. The frames were wrapped in a thin film that peeled right off, but there was nothing over the screen itself.
A:AnswerIt will support a PS5. The recommended resolution is 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz. This monitor does not have HDMI 2.1 and will not support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane
A:AnswerI do not, personally I’m a fan of va due to their being no IPS glow and the great contrast ratio. This monitor in particular has awesome blacks.
A:AnswerMonitor 32UN500-W is HDCP 2.2 compliant. The only cable supplied with this monitor is an HDMI and cannot be substituted with a DisplayPort cable. ^Daphane
A:AnswerNo remote. Volume is either controlled at the source, or via the control joystick at the bottom of the monitor.
Personally, I would rate the speakers as "adequate" at best. My bluetooth headset has better sound quality.
A:AnswerYes, it does! The LG 32” UHD HDR Monitor with FreeSync (32UN500-W) has front-firing built-in speakers. Its stereo speakers deliver two channels at 5W each, enriching your gaming and video content experience. -Cazz
A:AnswerI bought the monitor and set it up with my Xfinity control box. I cannot control the volume with the Xfinity remote nor can I turn off the monitor with the Xfinity remote. Am I missing something or is this just not a capability for this monitor since it does not come with a remote? I stepped through all the codes that Xfinity supplied to try and pair it to no avail. It does recognize it as a LG product though.
A:AnswerYes, has vesa screw pattern for wall mount or different display mount, screws included in holes under included mount, which snaps in and doesn’t use screws
