“Why does this monitor not come with an AC adaptor? I just received it and am being told by customer support that it only comes with the monitor and an HDMI cable. Now I have to buy one on Amazon?”

• Mine came with a cord to plug it in with. Also came with the hdmi cable.

• Mine came with a power cable. I got mine from Best Buy. Maybe u got a display model or open box

• No way. It comes with an ac adapter. Check back with your local Best Buy.
