We had the same issue after installation, but figured out that it was how the drain hose was angled. It has to come up from the machine and then across, before going into the drain pipe. I think the machine pushes the water out with such high speed that the hose has to be a certain position in order to slow the water down a bit before going into the drain pipe.

With our old washer, the hose cracked and about half way through the cycle, our floor would be covered in water. With the new washer and a brand new hose, there hasn't been a leak since.
