- Answer If you're a Geek Squad, Best Buy Plus or Best Buy Total member, delivery of the new washer and removal/haul away of the old one are free. If the hoses to your old washer can connect to the new one, you don't need to buy new hoses. Interest free options apply only to the above members and if you have a Best Buy credit card.

QuestionBought this washer last month. After I last used it 4 days ago, I noticed the dispenser was filled with water. The "support team" I called said to empty it manually (remove the tray and stick it back in. Is this normal? Looks like it needs repair !
