• Unfortunately no. The control panel cannot be moved. Your options are to get a step stool, which I have (5'2" female, who uses a step stool for every cupboard in my kitchen) or do not stack the units at all. I don't know about other dryers. I doubt there are any with a movable control panel or one that's located on the bottom. You'd have to do more research on that.

• If you need a stackable, front-load gas dryer that allows the control panel to be relocated from the top of the cabinet to the bottom, consider the KENMORE Model 91392 which has a Flip Control feature.
