• Yes u can tell it to soak and it will. U can program it when u want it to come on.

• No, it will drain and shut off after a 30 minute soak. I was disappointed to find this out since one of the reasons I wanted a top-load washer was so I could soak towels for an extended period of time.

• SOAK Helps removes stains by adding a soak time before the end of the cycle. The cycle time will increase by 30 minutes. The agitation of the washer will be weaker during a Soak cycle.
