It appears that all water levels are sensor driven, but the deep fill options give a higher level. After watching this machine work I think I will probably always use the deep setting. My first load I saw 2 socks on the outside that were still dry half way through the wash cycle with the standard fill level. The agitator only goes back and forth so it does not pull clothes from the outside in as old agitators did that used a ratchet system that allowed the bottom to move back and forth while the top only moved in one direction
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, Deep Fill will not completely fill up the tub. To add the maximum amount of water to a cycle, press and hold the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds before starting the cycle. If the washer has already reached its maximum fill level, pressing Deep Fill or Max. has no effect. ^Daphane
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but that's just a waste of energy and water. Just follow the proper prompts, you're better off adjusting the soil settings. The washer determines the rest. Your clothes will come out incredibly clean. Trust the technology, filling the tub is for the old machines that were not High Efficiency.
