- Answer You cannot manually add additional water because the lid will lock once the cycle begins. If you want to add more water you have to do it by using the deep fill option

- Answer Yes, the spin cycle is extremely effective. Clothes comes out almost completely dry, saving time using the dryer, which also saves energy.
