Hi Loriv. After removing the carton and shipping material, you would need to lift the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Top Load Washer with Front Control Design, Model # WT1501CW off the foam base and make sure that the plastic tub support comes off with the base and is not stuck to the bottom of the washer. You may have to lay the washer down to remove the base packaging materials. Make sure you always protect the side of the washer and lay it carefully on its side. DO NOT lay it on its front or back. You can save the foam block (the owner's manual can found inside it along with parts and laundry product samples) for future use if the washer needs to be moved. The foam block helps to prevent damage to the washer during transportation. To prevent damage, do not remove the foam block until the washer is at the final location...^IFV
