QuestionI only pay for SD, not HD. Zoom will not fill this LG like it does on Samsung. Any help?

- Answer I'm not sure if this answer applies to your exact situation but I was going through the same situation with not getting a full screen. I had to change a setting on my cable box to output 16.9 format instead of the 4.3 format and it made the image full screen.

QuestionI got the TV mainly to see movies and TV series stored in pen drives and hard disc. I realize i can play MP 4 format video but not AVI format. Unfortunately i have most of my vids in AVI format. Also can the TV be connected to WIFI? Hoping for TV updates

QuestionI just purchased this TV and can hear the sound clearly on volume level 4 from roughly 10 feet away but when I lower the volume to level 3 the sound is basically muted. Does this happen with all the other owners also? Thanks for any help.

- Answer No, I don't have the problem you described. If this happens with the built in tuner as a source you may have a bad unit. If it's happening with a single external source only (cable or Sat box, DVD for example) your problem is likely there.

- Answer You need to use remote button. If you really need to view personal photos or videos, get a Roku streaming player and use PLEX app.
