QuestionWhen I press the CC/subtitles button on the remote, it's doesn't come on the TV screen. When I access the settings menu and select CC/subtitles on, the subtitles still don't appear on the TV screen. I'm watching programming from Netflix. What's wrong?

- Answer Netflix has its own CC option. I use this rather than the TV's option. Just pause the program, press arrow up and enter. Then you pick CC options.

Questioni read a few reviews using this as a monitor. i was wondering if i'm able to use 2 computers at a time - kind of like PIP (picture in picture)? where i can have 2 sources be displayed at the same time. both will be 1080 resolution (4K = 4x 1080)?

QuestionCan the 43 inch LG 6300 attach to a table top mount? Also do you need a roku for hulu , Netflix, Pandora and NBC sports network on a smart tv or can you just use the tv remote to bring up these apps? I already have subscriptions to these.

- Answer Hulu and Netflix apps come with the TV. Use the Web Browser for everything else.

- Answer The HDMI cable used on your 43UH6100 is compatible with the 43UK6300. The built-in WiFi on the 43UK6300 is used for updates, and applications in the TV. If your video game system also has built-in WiFi for online functionality it will also need to be connected to your internet source separately. ^CP

- Answer Hi Fred. We regret to read that you are disappointed with the design of the LG UK6300PUE 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UK6300PUE. The LG "specialist" may have misunderstood you if you asked about the TV having an audio output. All our TVs have an audio output but the audio output is the Optical Digital Audio Output which has replaced the older analog stereo RCA barrel audio ports that are color coded red and white. The UK6300 series TVs are the series that introduces Bluetooth support which you can use to pair with a pair of Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headsets. Regrettably, we do not have any 4K UHD Smart LED LCD TVs that feature a headphone jack (aka 3.5mm port). The TV can be connected via its Optical Digital Audio Output to an external receiver, Home Theater System or Sound Bar or you can pair them with such devices if they support Bluetooth to stream the audio wirelessly...^IFV
