Monitor doesn’t support Picture-in -Picture. You can set up this monitor as an extension monitor through the settings of your computer. HDMI and USB-C resolution are 3840 × 2160 (4K UHD) with a 16:9 aspect ratio is 4K by default.

You get the default display resulution on your Mac Pro then adjust them on your display settings. Maximum resolution will make your fonts tiny but readable.
