Sounds to me like its cable management
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't install the stand, but I think that they are cable guides. The ends snap into the horizontal part of the stand with the closed end of the guide behind the stand angled up, around the cables. This helps hide the cables behind the stand.
