Hi, This is a TV can be used a monitor as long as the CPU or computer is capable of sending information from computer to the TV and has a HDMI capability. ^Vanessa
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not recommend it, as PCs usually maintain static screen elements - borders, menus, backgrounds, etc. - and these can result in “burn-in” over time. For like reason, not so good for cable news/business broadcasts
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.LG respose is correct however this tv can also receive Airplay (Airplay 2) for sure and I think other casting types too (mirracast/wireless display/chromecast etc. For example a macbook or iDevice can cast or stream with no HDMI cable neccessary. Keep in mind though that there is significant lag compared to a wired connection and game optimizer mode only works with an HDMI source. Not good for fast paced games like 3rd person shooters or action RPGs. Probably Awesome for turn based games I imagine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your PC has HDMI it would be a great monitor
