Played with all sound modes and setting nothing helped.. i sesrched web over and over. All results being answered were based on tv being used qith external sound and or with hdmi and soundbars aswell as the problem happening when watching channels.. in my situation i am using the tv speakers not external speakers. I am watching from the apps on the tv. I am not watching or listening from external device like box top or roku that is connected through hdmi cord to hdmi inputs. Im just on tv apps internal spoeakers and i have same problem that persists even after trying every thing possible,
