• No, it doesn't support web content on it's own. I have a Roku connected to mine for that.

• No this is not a Smart TV but you can purchase a streaming device such as Roku or google chrome, just to name a few to get the capabilities of a smart tv.

• It is not, but it does have the right kind of HDMI port to add a Roku or Amazon Fire stick, etc.. .the perfect compromise to keep the price down, I think.
