“My Hulu has started to "stutter" - I get individual frames of the show that start and stop, sometimes runs smoothly and stutters again. It's not the wi-fi as Amazon and Netflix work just fine. Any ideas? Thanks!”

• The reason your streaming provider is stuttering is because tthe smart tv technology is in early stages still. Does the government have the technology yes but selling it to consumers yet, no. I had the same trouble with Netflix.
