QuestionHow is the sound quality? I presently own two tv's with poor sound quality (speakers only magnify the poor quality); I don't want a third.

- Answer That is a tuff one, it seems to be different on the show you are watching. On some shows I turn it all the way up and could use more volume. But on action shows it seems very loud and have to turn it down to about 25 or 30. But it is not distored or fuzzy at all the sound is clear always.

QuestionI have had this tv for about a year. Recently the remote will not work with the tv at all. I’ve replaced the batteries and can only get the remote to work sometimes when I go right up to the sensor on tv. Any advise from someone with this issue?

- Answer Yes, if you have a compatible Android device. Apple products, I haven’t been able to get to work. For instance, the YouTube app on my iPhone XR sees my TV and offers “Play this video on LG TV” but it never works. Appears to need Apple TV or some other enabler.
