I have the same problem but the clothes smell great but doesn’t clean well. The towel and clothes keep the stains
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is doing the same thing! The Agitator should be moving in a constant left right rotation pulling the clothes down through the center and back up the outside bringing the clothing or towels back up and over and down again. Instead it turns to the left stop turn to tge right stop turn to the left stop and then to the right stop on and on . Meanwhile a couple peices of clothing go down the with stops then whirls a few times one way . Stops . The whirls the other way. Stops adds some water . Then repeats. The spins the water down . Then fills back up. The starts the same process. Its not stripped out and there is no loose or broken belts. It has a bad program in it. It could be capable of working properly. But whole ever the genius that put the program in then doesn't have a clue to what the he is doing. 2. I I have to add 2 gallons of water to the wash, to to even fill the wash barrel. Cause if not it only fills the wash barrel a quarter of the way and does its so called agitation while tge clothing just sits in the wash barrel getting dry pulverized by the lower fins of tge Agitator. I want my 1972 Maytag HA 606 back. Im going to spend my money on a set of speed queens when this thing drops the bed, if n ot sooner. Weve only had this washer set for two days. And i am completely disappointed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Return it asap. I hate my LG top load washer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem here. Now we're stuck with terrible $2,000 units . Take them back soon. If you don't believe then take some towels and tee shirts. Soil them. Wash then. You will see how bad a job is performed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Like the other complaints the agitator does not suck the cloths down and around. I wash horse pads and my old Maytag pulled them down under and agitated with way more force than the LG. Actually the LG has no force just barely moves the water around. Very disappointed would never recommend this product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All the comments are true. The program to agitate is a half turn back and forth - which swishes clothes (often not submerged) gently back and forth and never moves them under water.. Horrible! grass, dirt, ticks, all still on clothing after wash cycle. HORRIBLE!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was also surprised at how little the clothes moved at first. But the proof was in the clothing as it came out of the washer. My clothes have never been cleaner, and I wash for a family with kids and grandkids.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The worst machine I ever owned hate hate hate it, never again
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Horrible. Impeller LG washer. How can I return. after 2 yrs of not washing my clothes clean . I always loves wash day. Now I hate it,!!!!!!!!!!!^
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, The machine starts off slowly to determine the weight and the load size. It is a high efficiency machine, so it takes the time to recognize the load to prevent wasting time or water. It will start slow but in the middle of cycles you should see it move a bit faster. The bottom of the washer spins independently from the sides. You might not even realize that the bottom of the drum is moving as much as it is. Also, make sure to use "he" (high efficiency) marked detergent and not the regular stuff.
