I am the person who submitted this question. I wanted to let whomever answered this question that their advice to view the troubleshooting link worked great. A simple unplugging of the wall outlet, followed by holding the power button for 5 seconds, then the pause button for 5 seconds, then plugging the wall outlet back in worked perfectly. Upon powering up again, the Dial now displayed all the available cycle options. Many thanks!
