QuestionMy washer was just installed and they started it to make sure it works and now I need to cancel and I don't see a cancel button. When I pause and restart it just restarts. It won't cancel when I turn off the machine. How do I cancel?

QuestionJust bought this washer and both times I have washed, the machine stops and beeps. No error code. No heavy load or bulky items, just plain cotton shirts. I open lid, close lid and press on again. Machine works with no problem after that. Any ideas?

- Answer I have washed my kids pillows. No special setting. Just adjusted the spin and soil options. No issues with the pillow when it was done

- Answer Okay, I'm answering my own question since I purchased the pair. They are beautiful! The finish is easily scratched, however. I haven't put anything other than clothes and my hands on it and it was scratched after a couple of days. I'm not sure if the installer did it or I did, but it's too late now. Fortunately, fingerprints are not bad. The silver strip on the front of the washer lid does show fingerprints horribly however. Overall, I love the set! It works great! Cleans well and quiet.

- Answer Absolutely!!! I am on my 3rd LG that Geek Squad said needed to be replaced with a new one. The oldest of the 3 was just 4 years. I always buy a 5 year warranty.

- Answer Fabric softener can cause wrinkles. I had same issue on first load. I then set spin cycle to medium, used a tiny bit of fabric softener and set sensor dry to very dry. Clothes came out perfect
