Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s “control lock.” You need to press and hold this label on the panel, and it will reset. This happened to me, and it worked like a charm. Press and hold between 3 – 5 seconds. I must have accidentally brushed up against this when starting my washer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the LG - 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer with Steam and TurboWash3D Technology – White; Model:WT7900HWA. The user manual says on page 32: “Press and hold the SIGNAL button for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate Control Lock,” but this is an error. Instead, press and hold the TUB CLEAN button for a few seconds. The TUB CLEAN button also has “ *Control Lock ” written in smaller print.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 'CL' that is flashing on the display for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.5 cu.ft. 14-Cycle Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Top Load Washer with TurboWash3D™ Technology, Model # WT7900HBA is indicating that the 'Control Lock' has been enabled. This feature is designed to prevent children from changing cycles or operating the machine. The feature does not lock the lid (door). Once the Control Lock is set, it must be deactivated before any controls, except the Power button, can be used. Once the washer has shut off, the Power button will allow the machine to be turned on, but the controls will still be locked. When the controls are locked, 'CL' will display alternately with the estimated time remaining. Once the controls are locked, they must be manually unlocked to restore operation. Press and hold the Tub Clean button for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate Control Lock. (Operation section on page 32 of your owner's manual)...^IFV
