I found out from calling LG that the Normal cycle always uses the TurboWash feature. (You cannot unset it.) Depending on the size of my load, after the machine senses the load size, the time ranges from about 27 min. (smaller load) to longer times for larger loads, even tho' the time always reads 56 min at the very beginning before it senses the load size. I think that's a feature of TurboWash.

To fix the issue of the load setting changing to less time on the LG WT7400CW washing machine, follow these steps: 1. Check that the load is properly balanced in the drum. An imbalance can cause the cycle time to adjust. 2. If the issue continues, try resetting the machine by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. This can often resolve electronic glitches that may be causing the problem.
