The serial number for LG washing machines is located in the owner's manual and is also found on the machine near the detergent dispenser or the back of the control panel. If it is on the back, it can be found on the left side when viewed from the front. This model does not have a drain pan. LG strongly recommends not using a drain pan when installing this appliance, as standing water in the drain pan may increase the risk of electric shock, injury, or death. In the manual on page 8 it shows included accessories are 4 leg holders. Are these the black plastic clips? Refer to the installation guide included with the leg holders for instructions on proper usage. ^Daphane
