The answer to this question is useless too. I don't want to go to the web site each time I want to use my washing machine. I would like to have a handy user's manual that I can refer to at the washing machine instead of carrying a laptop at the washing machine. We spent hundreds of dollars to buy, and LG is not willing to spend a few dollars to provide a printed user's manual like other manufacturers? Is LG willing to provide a printed user's manual instead of pointing to a web site? And even the website is really not well organized. This is not only for the washer, but I also own a dryer from LG.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I apologize that I don't have an answer to your question but I wanted to chime in to support your statement. I find it VERY frustrating that I was sold this expensive washer and much of my decision to buy was based on all of the features/cycles. Finding out that there is no users manual to instruct me how to use those functions is crazy. Contacting any customer service agent these days usually puts you in contact with someone who knows less about the product than you do. Purchasers should NOT have to go online or cotact some chat person on Facebook just to wash a load of clothes! Oh, and don't forget to have your model number and serial number before you contact them. RIDICULOUS!
