I had this same issue and called LG and this fixed the problem: Turn off the TV Unplug it While unplugged, hold down the power button on the TV (not on the remote) for 30 seconds Plug the TV back in and power it on with the remote This did the trick for me, hope it helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just had the same issue. LG support said the Channel Plus app was the problem. He went to settings, General, Channel Plus and disabled it. He said they would update the app soon
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Before unplugging, with the tv on, press and hold the power button (on the tv) for 10 seconds after it shuts down. Then turn it back on. I did this due to the difficulty of accessing the power cables and it worked fine. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unplug tv, find power button on tv (mine was under the center of the screen) press and hold it for 10 seconds then release. Plug tv back in. Circle should be gone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing just happened to me though I’ve had the set for a year and a half. The circles (like you see when accessing the guide) would not go away. I only saw them while watching air channels through the antenna. I unplugged the tv, held the powers button in for about 30 seconds and plugged it back in. It powered on right away, didn’t give me the chance to use my remote, but the spinning circles were gone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.on my tv i go a channel plus station then back to a over the air station , problem solved every time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing has happened to me. Followed the directions: TV off, unplug from power, hold button down for 30 seconds, plug back in, turn on power, dots gone. Until they aren’t. This has been repeating once a day for the last several days. What a joke!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had same problem on LG 86UK7570PUB about six months old. Did not bother to unplug since too difficult to reach. Just pressed front bottom button on set until set turned off and continued to hold for 30 seconds. Then I pushed button to power set back on and the spinning dots were gone. Problem only showed up after my latest firmware upgrade so that is probably involved somehow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not having this issue. My thought is call best buy. It could be a simple issue
