“Why does the picture fade and wash out when viewing from the side? Can this be fixed?”

• The LG UHD UN7000 series TV will only provide the best picture when viewed from directly in front of the screen. This TV as well as most low to mid-range 4K LED TVs tend to have a faded, washed out picture with off-angle viewing, some more than others. This isn't something that can be resolved by adjusting the settings of the TV or repaired. I ended up buying an LG 65" OLED-E8 to get a TV that has no issues with off-angle picture.

• This would be due to the design of the panel, where the further you get off center the colors will tend to wash out. You can try adjusting the picture settings but this would be normal operation. ^ Jamal
