Yes, sadly Alexa voice control is the only thing that works on this junk given that the tv, 2 months later, has a black screen, no picture. Can't get to settings, nothing. LG repairman came out 6 hours after our appointment and was unable to fix it. There it is--in all it's glory, face down on my coffee table.
