I have them all hooked up to DirecTV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you turn on the TV with the Roku remote, your at a home screen. The top 3 things you see are your inputs, dish/ uverse/ cable will be the 1st one. Click on that & then use your dish remote to watch whatever you want on dish... On the Roku remote, just tap the home button to watch something from Roku like Netflix Hulu Amazon video whatever apps you've downloaded YouTube. It works great & is real easy

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works very simply. You would simply plug in your satellite tv input, and then select your input source on the home screen. Easy as pie. No worries at all. Roku operates on wifi, not with your television provider.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure but I think Dishnet does not have the internet speed to use for streaming.
