- Answer This television is 48 inches wide and with the stand the unit is 30 inches high and 7.5 inches deep. The unit without the stand is 28.1 inches high and 1.9 inches deep.

- Answer We regret to read about the issues that you are experiencing with your new 65" OLED. Pardon us for not referring to the correct model for your set. The model showing up in your inquiry is linking to the LG - 55" Class - (54.6" Diag.) - OLED - Curved - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV - with High Dynamic Range - Silver, Model # OLED55c6P. The issue that you are describing (i.e. the jumping and stuttering) sounds like what is technically referred to as Judder, a jerky movement seen on the screen. You can access the Picture Options in the menu and you will find the De-Judder/De-Blur settings that you can manually adjust to see if that clears that up. Should you need further assistance, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000. You will need to give them the correct model number for your TV...^IFV

QuestionHow many USB ports does this TV has? It states 3 but I can only find one on the set itself. Also if you look at the pics it only show one. If there are 3 please tell me were the other 2 are located, please.

- Answer There are 3 USB and 3 HDMI. Facing the screen, it's behind the left side. It's 1 USB, 3 HDMI and 2 USB.

QuestionI purchased this tv and love it. Have it hooked to my Samsung k8500. Haven't used the smart features of tv yet. Is streaming better from tv or the blu Ray player?

- Answer The television has a better processor that it makes faster than the blu ray player. I prefer the smart features on the television for watching Netflix, You tube and surfing the internet. It runs faster and smoother than the one on the blu ray player. I have the same Samsung 4K blu ray player.

- Answer I used a regular wall mount bracket, had it professionally done just because of my investment and it worked perfectly! They do have specific curved wall mounts for curved TV's but I just went with a regular higher end wall mount for OLED ... very happy!

- Answer I Purchased this OLED55C6P Model a week ago. Within the TV's settings you'll go to sound and find an option for Bluetooth connectivity for speakers or headphones that have built in Bluetooth.

- Answer The magic remote is like having a computer mouse in your hand. You will see a magenta looking cursor on the tv when you move the remote control around in your hand. Then you can just click it to the part of the screen you are interested in.

- Answer All 2016 LG 4K OLED UHD Premium certified TV's are native 120Hz. There are NO 4K consumer TV's available with anything more than that. What LG's TruMotion video processor will do however is smooth out motion blur and judder issues and in general maintain a smoother picture when watching content that has very fast motion (some sports, action sequences, etc.) with either native 4K video content or non-4K video and gaming sources of entertainment. I have the LG EG9600 (last years flag ship) with a Sony PlayStation 4 (which outputs 1080p maximum depending on the game) and the motion processing on the LG's are great. Some people tweak the TruMotion settings a little bit but it depends on your content and tastes. Hope this helps!

QuestionHow do you set up to use wireless headphones and still let others hear the TV? I'm using Base speaker system. Currently I either have to hear sound through the Bose system or the the wireless headphones but not simomtanously. Thanks

- Answer In the Sound Settings in the menu for the LG - 55" Class - (54.6" Diag.) - OLED - Curved - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV - with High Dynamic Range - Silver, Model # OLED55C6P, audio can be played through the TV's internal speakers and wired headphones by selecting Sound > Sound Out > Internal TV Speaker + Wired Headphones or to an external audio device by selecting Sound > Sound Out > Internal TV Speaker + Audio Out (Optical). That option is not available for Bluetooth Headsets. If the wireless headphones you're referring to are the type that use a transmitter that connects to RCA audio ports then you will need to get a D/A (digital to analog ) converter that will let you connect one end to the Optical Digital Output of the TV and connect to the converter which has RCA ports on the other end that you can connect the transmitter to. You can inquire about that converter from the Best Buy Sales Associates or find it on BestBuy.com...^IFV
