• Mine has a paise button - the center of the arrow keys.

• Actually the scroll wheel or “ok” button in the middle is the play/pause button and I have yet to find an input or device where it doesn’t work. And also the remote is weird at first but it’s actually pretty neat. One day I found out it just natively works with Xbox and Apple TV if you can’t find either of those remotes, or just want to use one remote.
