Can I use the magic remote to control my cable box? null

Yes - I use the magic remote to control all devices that are connected to my TV. When first setting up the TV, it provides tutorials on how to use the remote. I do strongly suggest this as I did not do in the beginning and could not figure out why my device didn't work. I went back and watch the tutorial on the remote and was so easy from there.
