A:AnswerThe LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55UJ7700 or any other TV that is marketed and sold in the U.S. are all designed with a built-in Digital ATSC tuner that is compatible with the Television Broadcast Standards used in the U.S., and other countries in parts of Central America and South Korea that use ATSC Standards. It has two other built-in tuners, an Analog NTSC tuner, and a QAM tuner. The Philippines used to use the older analog NTSC 60 Hz television standards, the same as that used in the U.S. which was in use until the U.S. replaced that with the ATSC standard. In 2015, the Philippines began transitioning from the analog NTSC standard and the majority of the networks and organizations favored the Japanese ISDB-T standard and the National Telecommunications Commission of the Philippines announced that the country would be using the Japanese ISDB-T standard. You will not be able to buy any TVs sold in retail stores in the U.S. that will work in the Philippines because the built-in tuners in them are not compatible with the Japanese ISDB-T standard. Currently, high definition (HD) sets sold in the Philippine market do not have a built-in digital TV tuner to receive full HD programs via terrestrial transmission. External equipment connected via an HDMI lead, and a cable or satellite subscription package is required to receive HD programs. SkyCable and Cignal TV (satellite) both offer HD packages. GEM HD is the first ISDB broadcast in High Definition full HD programs via terrestrial transmission. Several cable and satellite operators already transmit digital television. Digital TV is received via the use of a set-top box which is plugged into an existing analog television set, and a viewing card is inserted into the box...^IFV
A:AnswerJust to clarify and few things first. The LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55UJ7700 is a dual voltage/dual frequency TV that has a power rating of 100~240Vac, 50~60Hz, so it does not need a voltage converter to work on a 220 ~ 240 voltage. However, it will need an adapter because the plug on it is designed to fit into the types of sockets used in the U.S. that are Type A sockets. The plug is a Type A plug that has two flat 1.5 mm thick blades, measuring 15.9 – 18.3 mm in length and spaced 12.7 mm apart. Type A plugs are generally polarised and can only be inserted one way because the two blades do not have the same width. The blade connected to neutral is 7.9 mm wide and the hot blade is 6.3 mm wide. This plug is rated at 15 A. There are currently 15 types of electrical outlet plugs in use today around the world. Depending on which "Foreign Countries" you are inquiring about, the sockets and plugs/outlets and voltage/frequencies will vary. The Type A plug is mainly used in the USA, Canada, Mexico & Japan. Furthermore, you need to be aware that even though the voltage may not be an issue, what will be an issue will be receiving television broadcasts on this TV. Up until the late 2010s, there were three main analog television systems in use around the world: NTSC, PAL, and SECAM. Now in digital television (DTV), there are four main systems in use around the world: ATSC, DVB, ISDB, and DTMB. The U.S. adopted the ATSC standard and this TV is designed for use in the U.S. and has three built-in tuners; an ATSC tuner, an NTSC tuner and a QAM tuner. These tuners are not compatible with Broadcast television systems used outside the U.S. so you will not be able to receive any television programming on this TV in "Foreign Countries"...^IFV

A:AnswerI'm not sure if you're trying to side load to this TV. If so, I'm not sure if that's possible. I can confirm there's a casting app you can add to the TV and use Showbox with AllCast or something equivalent and it will work.
