I do not know if the TV has been sitting in a warehouse for 2 years but the Technology is updated. That was the first thing that it did when I turned it on. The webOS it is on is the same as the new TVs. Would never know it was 2 years old.

The 55NANO75UQA is part of the 2022 LG NanoCell TV series. It was indeed built in 2022, and the reason it may have taken some time for newer models to come out is that LG focuses on releasing incremental improvements in display technology and processor performance over time. In terms of new technology, the α5 Gen 5 AI Processor 4K found in this TV does offer improved AI-powered picture and sound processing compared to older models. It's designed to enhance the viewing experience by optimizing content in real-time, which includes features like AI Upscaling and Active HDR for better picture quality, and AI Sound Pro for optimized sound. This is a step forward from previous processors, which improves overall performance, making the TV more efficient at enhancing content, whether it's a 4K or lower resolution source. NanoCell Display technology, combined with a billion rich colors, gives this TV vibrant color accuracy and an immersive viewing experience, which is a significant improvement over older LED displays. If you are considering upgrading, these newer technologies, particularly the AI processing and improved color accuracy, offer better performance than earlier models. https://www.lg.com/us/tvs/lg-55nano75uqa-4k-uhd-tv#pdp_specs If you need further clarification or have any more questions, feel free to ask! —Renzo
