• A:Answer Refresh rate is an LED/LCD specification. OLED's have a native 120 Hertz panel and have a refresh rate of as low as 0.001 ms which for reference is around 1,000 times faster than a standard LED/LCD panel. ^CP

• A:Answer It should be fine. You have options of turning ATMOS on and off, as well as various other audio out options. It can tune the sound out to your system so again it should be fine with any audio system you set up.

• A:Answer Did you put hdmi highspeed cable in arc input? Put other end into hdmi input on soundbar. Go into setting and tv an change the sound to a pcm to get sound correctly.

Q: QuestionConnected cable box to LG TV using HDMI 1 port. Connected Bose 300 soundbar (ARC port) to LG TV using ARC port (HDMI 2) using Bose provided HDMI cable. Set LG TV sound out to ARC. Turned TV CEC on. No sound from soundbar. Why no sound via ARC?

• A:Answer Regrettably, we do not have access to documentation that lists all of the pre-loaded apps on the Model # OLED55C7P, but most of the more popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, Channel Plus, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play Movies, and VUDU can be found on the TV. Compatible apps can be downloaded from the LG Content Store (App Store). ^CP

• A:Answer No, the metal stand is close to 18” long and slopes to the front for about 5”. If it sits on a desk it would work, but not on a console table like mine. The TV speakers are Harmon Kardon and 40 watts total, I had a BOSE sound bar which i now use in the bedroom, the speakers in the set are great, for me(when dogs bark on TV it sets my two cats into a frenzy, the sound of rain on TV also confuses the poor creatures, as it sounds like it is raining in the room)!

• A:Answer The TV can be transported flat if it is in the original packaging, with all the Styrofoam inserts. We moved ours flat in the back of an Outback with the seats down. When you unpack it, keep all the packing and the box so you can transport it easily in the future. It isn't heavy but it is large and easily damaged in transport without the packaging.

• A:Answer There may be a 3rd party one that someone has made that I am not aware of, however the stand is screwed into the back of the TV and that is why it doesn't swivel the way it is.If you want it to swivel you would have to devise something that the base pivots from or make a turntable for it.
