Hi BABU. That will depend on what connections you have on the transmitter for your hearing aid. The LG 55 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UN7300PUF has an Optical Digital Audio Output in the back of the TV. It does not have any Analog, Stereo RCA Audio Outputs (i.e. Red/White RCA barrel ports) so if your transmitter only has those type of ports on it, the only way to connect it to the TV will be for you to purchase a Digital/Analog Converter that can be plugged into the Optical Digital Audio Out on the TV on one end & that you can plug your transmitter into at the other end. You will also need an optical cable and an RCA Stereo cable to make the necessary connections. This TV also supports Bluetooth so if you have a Bluetooth hearing aid, you can pair that with the TV for a wireless Bluetooth connection...^IFV
