We have the same problem. The bottom of the pizza doesn’t get done without overlooking the top and sides also cook unevenly where the back is almost burnt and the part by the door isn’t done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't yet tried Convection for the pizza, but I have tried the "Bake" setting, which has worked on every other oven ever made and entirely fails on this oven. Best I've got so far: Use a pizza stone or pizza sheet on the bottom rack. Reduce the temp by 25 degrees and watch it like a hawk. The bottom is now 'lightly cooked' instead of raw, so at least edible.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pls put the oven on convection and place the pizza on the bottom rack and place the bottom rack on the very bottom slot and you will get a perfect pizza. The convection will auto convert the temp. Like my pizza says 450 and when I hit convection and enter 450 it auto converts it to 425. Timing should stay the same but you can increase the timing for a more brown crust.
