A:Answerhi Jennifer,
I had the same issue with my oven! I didn't purchase it at Best Buy but at a small retailer near where I live in New England. Turns out the LG has issued a firmware fix for this which requires 2 new control panels inside (it's like a circuit board) and new blower fan. After they replaced that, no more noise!
A:AnswerWe apologize for the confusion. Best Buy has this listed incorrectly. We have sent this to our team to correct. The correct dimensions are: Overall Depth (in) 28 15/16", Cabinet Width (in) 30", Overall Height (in) - including backguard 37 7/8". ^CP
A:AnswerHi CharlotteNC. The Key Specs for the 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSG4511ST on its product information page on the Best Buy site that list the Oven Cleaning Method as Self-Steam Cleaning are incorrect. This oven only feature's LG's EasyClean® feature that takes advantage of LG’s new EasyClean® enamel technology to help lift soils without harsh chemicals, and it runs using ONLY WATER for just 10 minutes in low temperatures to help loosen LIGHT soils before hand-cleaning. It does not feature LG's Self-Clean feature can that uses intense heat that can be used to remove HEAVY, built up soils. The intensity and high heat of the Self Clean cycle may result in smoke which will require the opening up of windows to provide ventilation. The Self-Clean feature does not use steam. The EasyClean® feature may not be effective in removing heavy, built-up soils. Because the range does not include a self-clean option, clean the oven regularly using the EasyClean® feature to prevent heavy, burnt-on soil from building up in the oven. For the EasyClean® feature, you need to fill a spray bottle with 1¼ cups (10 oz or 300 ml) of water and use the spray bottle to thoroughly spray the inside surfaces of the oven, and use at least ¼ cup (2 oz or 60 ml) of the water to completely saturate the soil on both the walls and in the corners of the oven, then spray or pour the remaining 1 cup (8 oz or 250 ml) of water onto the bottom center of the oven cavity. The indentation on the oven bottom should be fully covered to submerge all soils. After that, you need to close the oven door then turn the oven mode knob to select EasyClean® and press Start. During the EasyClean® cycle, the oven becomes hot enough to cause burns so you will have to wait until the cycle is over before wiping the inside surface of the oven to avoid any burns. A tone will sound at the end of the 10 minute cycle. Turn the oven mode knob to the Off position to clear the display and end the tone. After the cleaning cycle and during hand-cleaning, enough water should remain on the oven bottom to completely submerge all soils. You can add water if necessary and place a towel on the floor in front of the oven to capture any water that may spill out during hand-cleaning. The oven cavity should be cleaned immediately after the EasyClean® cycle by scrubbing with a wet, non-scratch scouring sponge or pad. (The scouring side will not scratch the finish.) Some water may spill into the bottom vents while cleaning, but it will be captured in a pan under the oven cavity and will not hurt the burner...^IFV

A:AnswerHi Matt. Yes, adding up the BTU ratings for the burners and those for the Convection and Broil Element on the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Slide-In Gas Range with ProBake Convection Oven with EasyClean in Stainless Steel, Model # LSG4511ST will be the total BTU rating for the oven. There is a different calculation for determining the total BTU per hour. If you click on the 'Specification' link under 'Info and Guides', the specification sheet gives you two ratings for the burners and for the Convection and Broil Element. The burners for the most part have the same BTU ratings for natural gas or for Liquefied Propane (LP) gas so the ratings will be the same and are listed twice with the rating for natural gas listed first and that for LP gas listed second. E.g. Burner Configuration - Left Front 12,000/10,000)...^IFV
