Hi there, John. Thank you for your question. We understand that you're considering the LG LSEL6335FE Slide-In Electric Range and would like to know more about the preheating time. This model, like many other conventional ovens, does not have a "no preheat" feature. Preheating is required to bring the oven to the desired temperature before cooking. On average, it may take 10 to 15 minutes for the oven to fully preheat, depending on the temperature setting. However, the ProBake Convection® technology in this oven ensures that heat is distributed evenly, which helps to reduce cooking times once the oven is preheated. In contrast, ovens with "no preheat" technology, like some air fryers or special convection ovens, might be able to cook food faster by starting to heat the food immediately, bypassing the preheat step. These ovens are designed to reach and maintain the cooking temperature faster. https://www.lg.com/us/cooking-appliances/lg-lsel6335fe-slide-in-electric-range#pdp_specs For further assistance or if you have any other questions, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and we'll be happy to help you!
