How long does it take the oven to get to 450 degrees? null

We were just having a discussion about this last night. Our new stove takes about 8-10 minutes to hit the preheat cycle but it's still 50° short (per separate oven thermometer) for another 10 more minutes on conventional bake or convection bake.

It takes approximately 15 minutes for the range to preheat to 350˚. Allow another 10-15 minutes for the range to heat to 450˚. ^Daphane

About 10mn, however the temp on the screen will show 375 deg when using convection mode but can be matched by changing the setting. This is because convection mode differ from conventional with a more surround kind of heating rather than directed. Love this oven.
