“What is "EasyClean". IS there a difference between this and "Self-Cleaning" and/or "Steam Cleaning"? I had an oven with "self-cleaning" which uses really high heat, smells and takes forever. It also may have caused the heating element to malfunction”

• There IS a difference between Easy clean and self clean. With Easy clean you use water and low heat to steam and clean up minor spills. Self clean uses high heat to incinerate spills. My new LG has both features.

• HI, The Easy Clean is quick and effective for small and light soils, and everyday messes such as drops of cheese from pizzas, or light splatter from broiling. The Self Cleaning feature takes more time but can be used to remove heavy both of soils that are difficult to clean such as sugar based soils. ^Vanessa
