Plasma TVs are subject to burn-in, however, it is only if an image is left still on the screen for a long period of time. Even so, the LG Plasma TVs have a color wash option in order to prevent/eliminate a burn-in issue.

If you are worried turn on the Orbiter function. " Orbiter may help prevent ghost images. However, it is best not to allow any fixed image to remain on the screen. To avoid a ghost image on the screen, the image will move every 2 minutes."
